Among other things, the flow rate per hour depends on this, i.e. how much water the garden pump can convey and output per hour. A garden pump with a pressure of 5 bar, for example, allows a head of 50 m. Depending on the power of the engine, the flow rate is up to 9,000 liters per hour.

Are there any tips from online tests for garden pumps?
All necessary operating parts are already included in a complete garden pump set. If you buy a garden pump individually, you may have to purchase hoses, adapters, batteries, and filters for the garden pump in addition.
In the case of hoses, attention must be paid to the respective connection of the garden pump, which is designated by the manufacturer. Either the inner size (IG) or the outer size (AG) of the respective thread is specified as the diameter. A diameter of 1-inch female thread, i.e. 2.54 cm, is common. pond filters system for a suction pump, you need suction and a pressure hose, for the submersible pump only a pressure hose. If you want to connect your existing hose to the garden pump with a different thread size, then you will find threaded adapters as accessories, for example from 3/4 inch to 1 inch. For the connection to a well, you receive adapters for the suction hose as pump connection nozzles.
A power cable should be included with every electric garden pump, batteries may have to be purchased as accessories. Pay attention to the manufacturer’s specifications for suitable models.
